Flair Bistro: Experience Culinary Excellence in Coningsby

Just had a delicious Sunday roast at Flair Bistro Conningsby. The food was absolutely amazing, the best restaurant roast I have ever had!! Generous portions and stuffed bellies all round. The staff were very attentive but not in a fussy way. If your visiting the area make a point of giving this fabulous restaurant a try.

We visited Flair whilst we were staying at Tattershall Lakes which is barely a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. I could not fault anything about our evening there, the service was exceptional, the food was well presented and cooked to perfection. Even our 3 year old said how nice her chicken nuggets and chips were. The biggest struggle we had was picking what to eat as everything on the menu looked and sounded so nice, we made sure to order different so we could try a bit of everything!!! Whilst not a ‘budget’ restaurant it is certainly not overpriced and you can definitely say you get what you pay for. Both myself and my partner have experience working in the restaurant and hospitality trade and both loved the open kitchen, it was very clear that everyone knew what they were doing and worked well together, there was no stressing or shouting which we know can be commonplace in a kitchen!!!! Thank you for an enjoyable evening, we will certainly be back if we are in the area again.

This was our first Flair Experience after looking to celebrate our anniversary whilst staying locally at Tattershall Lakes. We were certainly not disappointed! From the moment we walked in the service was exemplary, the atmosphere was warm an welcoming and the outside of the building couldn't have prepared us for the stunning interior. The food was out of this world and we both agreed that this was by far the best meal out we have had in a long time! The icing on the cake was the chocolate tart we were presented with at the end of the meal wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This was so unexpected but an amazing gesture and topped off an amazing evening! We are regulars at Tattershall Lakes and are already planning our next visit to Flair when we are next here in November. If you are considering booking Flair Bistro, make sure you try it asap, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We had a lovely meal here the 3 of us, mains and pudding, everyone loves their meals, we had seabass and spaghetti carbonara, everyone was very happy and thought the meals were really tasty and also good sized portions. The chocolate bomb puddings were out of this world tasty, cool experience to have, and my partner who had ice cream was very happy with her pudding. Service was great, lovely helpful waitress and food came in good time. Nice bottle of white to go with the meal. The decor is nice and modern with some hints of the old cottage it used to be. It was very very clean! There were lots of options on the menu to choose from! Will definitely return

A must visit if you are in the area. Lovely atmosphere, polite service and amazing food even the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. I was blown away with the food and the portion sizes. We all left feeling full and satisfied. Will be back as soon as we can.

As family of 4 we dined here last night. We had an early booking at 5pm. The place is extremely clean. The open kitchen is great as you are able to see the great Chef's at work. The service staff were very polite and professional. They have an early evening set menu, 2 courses for £25 or 3 courses for £30. There are a couple of supplements on a few dishes i.e The scallops and the choice of steaks but that is expected at only £25 for 2 courses. The menu has a wide variety of choice to suit everyone. The food was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the ingredients were excellent. Presentation was excellent. The food was top quality and seasoned perfectly. Well done to the 3 Chef's in the kitchen, you are producing a very high standard of food at very reasonable prices. This is one of the nicest places we have eaten in for a very long time. We will definitely be back as we have a whole menu to get through. Completely recommend for an excellent dining experience. 10/10

Absolutely fantastic food one of the best meals out I've had in a long time. Everything was very tasty starter main and desert The service was also first rate especially as we were a party of 12 The resteraunt is simple but elegant and although small feels very roomy There is car parking nearby...2 hours free

Incredible! The fried pulled pork bites as a starter were possibly the best thing I have ever tasted(didn't manage to get a photo as I ate them too quickly)! We both had a burger and agreed that they were the best burgers we had ever eaten. Chips were also delicious. The service was great too, very friendly, helpful and speedy! We will definitely be returning.
